Our Click & Collect Service
How to use our Click & Collect service.
1) Use the website in the traditional way to browse, shop and checkout but instead of choosing ‘Deliver’ click on ‘Click and Collect….’
2) Pick a convenient branch that suits you
3) Once the order is placed you will receive an automated confirmation email from Palladium.
We will check the stock availability of your order. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of a product or that product is unavailable from your preferred collection branch, we will contact you via phone during normal working hours to discuss alternative options.
Please be advised that all stock lines are not available at all of the branches.
Please allow up to 3 hours before collection, subject to stock availability.
